Bookmarking Recipes

Recipe from Coworker

Beef Stew 
1 1/2 lbs beef stew 
2 cans crushed tomatoes 
potatoes, carrots, peas 
salt & pepper 
(you can add onion if you like) 
  
Cook the meat & crushed tomatoes on a low flame for about an hour. 
Throw in your peeled veggies & cook for about another 1 1/2 hours-till they are soft)....That's it!
